Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Tel Aviv and the Center, Herzliya and surroundings, the Sharon, Netanya and surroundings, and the Hadera area — as detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.
How long does delivery take?
Up to 3 business days from order confirmation.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Free self-pickup is available from the salon at 18 Frishman St., Tel Aviv.
When is delivery free?
On orders from ₪500 in every active delivery area.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. ÉCLAT is an authorized retailer and offers genuine products only.
How can I return a product?
A sealed, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days, subject to the full terms on our Shipping & Returns page.
