Welcome to Éclat. Using the website, including purchasing, browsing or registering, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any section, please refrain from using the website.
These terms are written in the feminine form for convenience only, but apply to women and men alike.
Delivery policy
Deliveries are carried out independently by us and cover Tel Aviv and the Center, Herzliya and surroundings, the Sharon, Netanya and surroundings and the Hadera area — as detailed in the table below. Alternatively, you can choose self-pickup from the salon at 18 Frishman St., Tel Aviv. Delivery time: up to 3 business days from order confirmation.

Cancellations and returns
- Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is sealed, in its original packaging and unused.
- Opened products, hygiene products or personal cosmetics cannot be returned, subject to the Consumer Protection Law.
- Cancelling an order before it has been shipped is free of charge. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is possible after receiving the product and returning it sealed in its original packaging, less delivery/return fees as permitted by law.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within up to 14 business days of return approval.

Privacy and marketing messages
When registering or placing an order, you may be asked to consent to receiving marketing updates via WhatsApp and email, including promotions, launches and exclusive benefits for Éclat customers.
You may withdraw your consent at any time: by email — via the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the message; on WhatsApp — by sending the word "הסר" (remove). Your details are stored securely and are not passed on to third parties except for delivering the order or as required by law.
Limitation of liability
The products sold on the website are made by authorized manufacturers/importers. Customers must read the instructions for use and the consumer leaflet supplied with each product before use. Éclat beauty space shall not be liable for damage caused by use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or due to sensitivity/allergy to product ingredients.
Intellectual property
All copyrights and intellectual property on the website — including the name Éclat beauty space, the logo, the website design, images and texts — are the exclusive property of Éclat beauty space. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using content from the website without prior written permission is prohibited.
Typographical errors and stock availability
In the event of an exceptional clerical error in a product's price or description, or if the product is out of stock, Éclat beauty space may cancel the order and refund the customer in full.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
