Wetting: Wet your face with lukewarm water.
Lathering: Massage a small amount of the gel between your palms until a gentle foam forms.
Massage: Apply to the face using circular motions (avoid direct contact with the eyes).
Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Frequency: Recommended for daily use, morning and evening or after a workout.
